When they say real estate is the #1 wealth creator GLOBALLY, it’s 100% true. The unfortunate thing is the majority of people don’t know that there is NO barrier to entry. If a 17 year old senior in high school, in a household where both parents collectively making $40,000 pre-tax, no credit (I mean not even old enough for a credit score), can’t even apply for a real estate license; can make $123,000 his first year. Then the only thing keeping others from doing the same is ignorance & excuses.
This business has completely changed my life & the lives of countless other people I’ve been able to touch. The ability to travel to places in a moments notice, be part of a community of other like minded & positive individuals. Retire my mom at the age of 20, put my sister through college & now building a portfolio of over 1,000 apartments for residual cashflow to exceed the residual bills of life. All before I can legally drink liquor.
Now I haven’t worked a job in years and have no desire ever to, I’ve become totally unemployable. You can’t put a price tag on the ability to text my friends and tell them I’m paying for us to go to Vegas for the weekend. Or waking up and telling my mother we’re going to Greece. The ability to look at things that I’ve never imagined being possible to afford. From looking at a 181 unit apartment complex in Brookhaven, GA to purchase and because of the deals being done by not just myself but other members of the program, looking into purchasing a jet to take trips with members to do deals nationally.
You just can’t put a price on any of that. And everyday, I’m thankful for where I am. And can only imagine where my live could be if I decided to be ignorant or not take this opportunity/business serious. The people I would’ve never been able to meet and pour into.
